CorleyOak Stud
SMALL IS BEAUTIFUL !!
Youngstock

We currently have five youngsters:-

CorleyOak Black Diamond (Diamond)

Yearling filly : D.O.B. 21.06.07

Sire - Champlers Fairy Sovereign

Dam - Barns Gypsy Rose

This picture does not do Diamond justice.  She is a tiny, but very stocky filly with plenty of bone and wonderful movement - much prettier than she appears here in her winter woollies.  Better picture to follow soon....

CorleyOak Cavalier (Charlie)
Two year old colt (d.o.b. 16/05/06)

Charlie has the most wonderful temperament and movement to die for, which he has inherited from his sire, Tawna Trooper.  We are hoping to run him on as a stallion and he will be assessed shortly.  He is tiny but is well proportioned.  He doesn't know that he's so small.  He has plenty of attitude but only attitude of the friendlist sort!  He knows his manners.....  Neither of the photos below really do him justice.  Every time I try to take his picture he runs towards me and sticks his nose in the camera.  Better Picture to follow (hopefully!)

sire: Tawna Trooper                              gsire: Kerswell Musketeer
dam: Twyford Rosebud                         gdam: Tawna Milkmaid

Collytown Charisma - 3 year old filly

This is Charisma at a show in August 2007 where she won her class!

sire: Tawna Trooper                           gsire: Kerswell Musketeer
                                                             gdam: Tawna Milkmaid

dam: Kirksall Queen of the May           gsire: Tyros Storm of Lambridge
                                                             gdam: Kirkstall Gwendoline

Gathanparc Apirka (Ice)
Two year old filly

Sire: Helawi Firecracker
Dam: Braywood Vanilla

This exceptionally pretty filly is shown during her first outing to a show in August 2007......

Longfield Queen (Shadow)
Two year old filly

Sire: Longfield Briar
Dam: Denella Mountain Mist

OK - so the obvious field name would have been "Queenie", but as soon as the filly came home, wherever we went, she was half an inch behind, so it was a case of "me and my shadow".  It seemed appropriate somehow, so "Shadow" it is.......

Shadow is shown above enjoying her first (successful) attempt at showing in August 2007.
